XII. PERFORMANCE, EDUCATION, EXERCISE & REVIEW Performance standards have been developed to evaluate Emergency Management Program effectiveness. They include: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Staff Education Emergency preparedness training is provided for new employees and yearly updates are required for all staff members including licensed practitioners. The education plan ensures MSKCC staff is aware of, and prepared to address potential hazards Training topics include: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() HICS Team Education The Center and Offsite/Regional HICS Teams participate in training and exercises and performance evaluations; these events are considered learning opportunities during which important emergency management procedures may be reinforced and/or revised.
