VI. RESOURCE AND ASSET MANAGEMENT During the emergency the Logistics Chief will task the Materials Management Unit Leader to monitor the overall quantities of assets and resources. This information will be communicated through HICS and the information disseminated internally and externally to supporting emergency management organizations as appropriate. If necessary, the Incident Commander will authorize that a request be made for replenishment of pharmaceutical stockpile medications and supplies from Local, State and Federal Supply Stockpiles as available. Replenishing Supplies The Center maintains caches of emergency supplies both on campus and in off-site storage facilities. These supplies include (but are not limited to) items such as: Bottled Water Personal Protective Equipment Clinical Supplies Pharmaceuticals Shelf stable food products A complete inventory of the emergency supply caches and their location is located in Appendix B. |
